So today's post is going to be a review of the above cookbook. Now it won't be a review in the normal sense as it is a cookbook not a fiction book.
About the Author
"Hey! I’m Olivia Biermann (aka Liv B), a 24 year old vegan food & lifestyle YouTuber living in Nova Scotia, Canada. I started my YouTube channel to show people how easy & delicious vegan food can be. Every week I post a video showing how to make tasty, simple, budget-conscious vegan recipes. In 2 years my channel has grown to over 630,000 subscribers! I just love creating content for our internet food community- actually, I love sharing recipes so much, I even wrote a cookbook!" -Taken from her website.
I first started following Liv when I made the change to veganism in June 2017 and I have been a loyal follower ever since. I have a page on my blog specifically dedicated to Liv B so that I can share her social media pages as well as share who she is.

Why Should I get this book?
The answer to this is pretty simply to me anyway. I wanted to be able to make really good food but not spend an arm and a leg to get there. A lot of Liv's recipes use the same ingredients so that you are not buying all sorts of stuff to make one thing. I have a lot of vegan cookbooks but I think I will find myself reaching for this one more and more.
So what do I think?
I absolutely love this cookbook. I made the Mac and Cheese Bake, Strawberry Spinach Salad with Buttermilk style dressing and Maple cinnamon pecans for my family this past weekend and if I hadn't told them it was vegan I really don't think they would have known at all. I can't wait to try the rest of the recipes.
