Super Summer Specials: Smoothies

Welcome to another installment of Super Summer Specials!!! Today we have 7 different smoothie recipes. These are also easy to prep ahead of time by freezing everything together. For all of these simply put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. :)


Mango Smoothie

2 mangoes cut into cubes

1 banana

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup plain yogurt (whatever brand *coconut yogurt works too)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk (any kind)


Banana Strawberry Peach Smoothie

6 frozen strawberries

1 banana

1/2 peach

3/4 cup apple juice


Cranberry Orange Banana Smoothie

2 Oranges

2 bananas

1/2 frozen cranberries

3 tbsp. Honey

1 1/2 cups plain yogurt


Kiwi Lime Smoothie

2 kiwis

1 pear

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lime juice

1/2 cup water


Three Berry Smoothie

6 frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen blackberries

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup apple juice

*you can obviously substitute any type of berry into this recipe*


Peanut butter Banana Smoothie

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 bananas

1 1/2 cups milk (any kind)

2 tbsp honey

1 1/2 cups ice


Strawberry Smoothie

6 frozen strawberries

1 banana

1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup plain yogurt

6 ice cubes
