Today's post is a bit of a update style post. I was vegan for about a year almost a year ago and then I started eating meat again. I was getting sick and getting more headaches after this. I have recently decided to transition to vegan again as a way to take control of my health and what is important for me.
I have been experimenting with different recipes and starting to look at easy ideas for various things that I can make. I have also been looking at cookbooks at my local library to get some new ideas.
I have found a new-found passion for cooking as I have made this transition and I can't wait to see where it takes me.
