My Updated Bucket List
So I've done this post before but this is the updated list. I first made a post like this back in August 2018 and since then my list has either grown or become a bit more concise.
The first post can be found here: First Bucket List Post
So this is my new Bucket List
1) Canada
2) Semester At Sea
3) Europe
4) South America
5) Russia
6) Australia & New Zealand
7) Africa
8) Antarctica
Â
1) Canada

Canada is still on my list (and still at the top) because I still have only been as far east as Alberta and as far north as the Yukon. I want to drive across the country and simply enjoy my country. I love taking photographs and love nature. I can't wait to be able to fulfill this dream.
Â
2) Semester At Sea

I found Semester at Sea back in 2015. I really want to be able to experience this. For those who don't know SAS is a college campus at sea. You go for four months and visit 8-11 countries (I think, I am linking the website below. It is my dream to go on SAS during my last year at University. I am very optimistic that this will indeed happen.
Â
3) Europe

Europe has always been on my bucket list and it always will be. I know Europe is a pretty broad term but I plan on taking 5-6 months and simply travel, and hit as many countries as I can.
Â
4) South America

There are many places in South America that I want to visit but Machu Picchu is at the top of the list. I would love to just do a group tour through South America.
Â
5) Russia

While I was in school we never learned about Russia, basically only what we needed to know. As I got older I did my own research and decided that Moscow and St. Petersburg are definitely on my list. I have always been interested in Russian culture and I want to simply learn more about Russia and what better way then going there and experiencing it in person.
Â
6) Australia & New Zealand

I have always wanted to visit The Hobbit set and simply to see the scenery of New Zealand. I again love photography and this would be my dream to take photos there. I do have fears about Australia simply because of wildlife but I would get past that in order to experience Australia.
Â
7) Africa

I have always wanted to go on a real African Safari because that I believe that's how that African animals should be viewed, not in zoos. I have never really thought about going to Northern Africa as I have always wanted to go where the majority of the animals are which is the Southern countries.
Â
8) Antarctica

Antarctica has always been on my bucket list. Simply for the fact that it has remained mainly untouched save for research facilities. I would love to go on a National Geographic Expedition Cruise as while yes your on a cruise, you are on a learning ship, or working ship. I really want to do this but the only holdback for me is the cost. *it is very expensive*

But Why Should You Have A Bucket List?
I found that having a bucket list helped me discover what I really wanted in life. I found my desire to learn about new cultures and languages as well. Now while my bucket list is a travel bucket list that does not mean that you have to use it for travel, bucket lists can be useful for anything. I have bucket lists for my blog, work and I had one for school as well as my travel bucket list. So here are the top 10 reasons to have a bucket list of your own.
1. Explore
2. Learn
3. Discover a new talent
4. Learn something new
5. Find a purpose
6. Help you confront your fears
7. Never-ending
8. Gives you a sense of hope
9. Let's you think outside the box
10. Can be for anything (life, work, travel, goals etc.)
